Happiness is…Sprouts.
My much anticipated birthday present to myself arrived this morning.
Five huge trays of microgreens: Wheat grass, kale, mizuna and pea shoots.
We did a long giddy happy dance, shoved our mouths full of sprouts and sang happy birthday as we swigged some freshly squeezed juice.
Huge thanks to Butterfly Sky Farms. Mmmmmmmm.

A couple of weeks ago I bought a bag of your Microgreens Sunflower Shoots at Herb & Spice and I have to tell you that they are the BEST I have ever eaten since I eat sprouts. NOTHING, absolutely no other brand compares to your Sunflower sprouts…I just had to tell you. This is the only product I have tasted from your farm so far. I am looking forward to other products now.
